We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for salespeople who never turn up on time. When you select a preferred time in our calendar, please note that we will schedule your appointment on that day as closely as possible to your selected time. If you choose a morning time, your appointment will be booked for a session between 7 am and 12 pm. For afternoon selections, appointments will be scheduled between 12 pm and 4 pm. This allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and account for potential traffic delays.
We will always call you the day before to provide an update and estimated time of arrival. Additionally, we can call you when we are about 30 minutes away, in case you need to go out on that day.
Our consultant will bring samples of our artificial grass range and can answer any questions about your specific area and the benefits of artificial grass for your project.
