We understand that getting to a showroom or being home during the day isn’t always convenient. That’s why we offer a telephone consultation service.

One of our experienced KomboGrass consultants will call you to discuss your artificial grass requirements, answer any questions, and explain suitable options. In many cases, we’re able to provide a site-unseen estimate if you’d like an initial idea of cost.

If the phone consultation addresses your questions and you’d like to proceed, we can then arrange a free, no-obligation on-site measure and quote at a time that suits you.Appointment Time Information

We understand how frustrating it can be waiting around for trades or salespeople. When you select a preferred time in our booking calendar, we’ll do our best to attend as close to that time as possible.

Please note that appointments are scheduled within a time window on your chosen day, as providing an exact arrival time can be difficult due to traffic and other factors.

If you need the visit to occur as close to a specific time as possible, the best option is for us to call you on the morning of your appointment with an updated estimated arrival time.

Morning bookings: between 7:00 am – 12:00 pm

Afternoon bookings: between 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm

This allows us to manage travel times and account for traffic delays while still attending on your selected day.

We’ll always:

• Call you the day before to confirm your appointment

• Provide an estimated arrival time

• Call again when we’re approximately 30 minutes away, if helpful

During the visit, our consultant will:

• Measure your area

• Discuss ideas and options

• Show samples from our artificial grass range

• Answer any questions about your space and usage

• Prepare a clear, no-obligation quote
